3. Cloud Backup (Optional)
Our apps work completely offline by default. Cloud backup is entirely optional:
If You Enable Cloud Backup:
- Your data is encrypted before leaving your device
- Data is stored on secure cloud servers in the European Union
- We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit
- You can disable cloud backup at any time and delete all cloud data
- Your local data remains on your device even if you disable cloud backup
If You Don't Enable Cloud Backup:
- All your data stays exclusively on your device
- We have no access to your app data
- All features work fully offline
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Service Providers
We use carefully selected third-party services that help us operate our apps:
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure cloud storage for optional backup (EU-based servers)
- Authentication Services: Secure user authentication (if you create an account)
- AI Services: AI-powered features (receipt scanning, categorization) - data processed anonymously and not used for training
These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
We Do NOT Share Data With:

5. Data Retention and Deletion
Local Data
- Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it

Cloud Data (If Enabled)
- Cloud backup data is retained as long as your account is active
- To delete your account and all associated cloud data, please contact our support team at contact.atlasapps@gmail.com
- Once requested, all cloud data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Backups are automatically purged after account deletion
Analytics Data
- Anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 90 days
- Crash reports are retained for up to 180 days for debugging purposes
